The Scouts Canada Laval-Laurentides area invites you to attend the Scout Bear Claw Camp 2026.

This year’s theme camp embraces a Western adventure, where costumes and decorations should reflect the spirit of the Old West. Furthermore, each group is invited to represent a specific trade - such as miners, tailors, blacksmiths, or any other frontier profession.
We will promptly contact the groups to make sure each chooses a different trade.

This theme camp is open to Scouts and 3rd-year Cubs, with activities led by Venturers and Rovers.

Running over four days - from Friday evening to Monday at noon - it welcomes groups from the Montreal area as well as many other regions (and sometimes even farther!).

Now in its 39th edition, the camp is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other groups and have fun through a variety of activities.

New this year! All participants, except Young Scouts and Cubs, are required to sign the Code of Conduct. A link to do so will be sent in the registration confirmation email.

Cost ?
$95.00 per participant

Cost is per person (youth and adults) and includes campsite for 3 nights, a badge, a t-shirt and 1 meal (Sunday community dinner). Transportation, other meals and expenses are at the participant or group expense.

Early bird

• Pay before February 1st and get a $5.00 discount per participant.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made between March 15 (registration closing) and May 8 (1 week prior to camp) will be subject to a $40 per-participant cancellation fee. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 1 week of the camp (after May 8th) are non refundable.

Registration is required before sending any payment! Otherwise, the payment will not be accepted.

Payments can be made by Interac e-transfer Autodeposit to R.schmitt60@outlook.com or by cheque payable to “Groupe Scout St-Eustache” and mailed to 555 Grande Allée, Boisbriand, QC J7G 1W2.

Please indicate the name(s) of the participant(s) to whom the payment should be applied. Otherwise, the payment will be refused.

Notes

Toilets and drinking water will be available, but there are no picnic tables at the campsite. Please plan to bring tables and chairs for all members of your group.

You may cut and burn any fallen wood for firewood. No cutting of standing trees is permitted.
